Our Technologies Facilitate Pipeline Integrity Management

Our fleet of in-line inspection tools was specifically crafted to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry. They are available through our services as standalone or combination tools.

EMAT

Utilizing Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducing technology, Qi2 has developed a suite of EMAT tools for crack detection. This will provide the oil and gas industry with a lightweight, short-bodied in-line inspection (ILI) system that can reliably detect axial cracks in low-flow, difficult-to-inspect pipelines. Each tool is specially designed to be of minimal length, featuring high collapsibility and 1.5D bend navigation. Our initial EMAT tool fleet includes 8’’, 10”, and 12”, which are available today.
